About these terms

These terms apply to LucidCore, the Emby plugin, and to your account on lucidcore.tv. "We" means LucidCore. By creating an account or using the plugin, you accept them.

LucidCore is software for managing an Emby library and its requests. It doesn't sell, host or provide films or shows.

Your account

Your license key is also your password for this site. Keep it private: anyone who has it can use your plan and manage your account.

Use LucidCore only with content you have the right to use and to make available to your users. We may suspend or close an account used to abuse the service, attack it or resell access to it.

Plans and prices

Paid plans are paid by the month, by subscription or with credits. Their limits and prices, before tax, are those on the pricing page when you subscribe, in US dollars or the same amount in euros. If we raise the price of your plan, we announce it at least 30 days before it applies, on lucidcore.tv and by email if you added one, and you can cancel before then.

Payments

Paid plans are sold by LucidCore. Stripe processes the payments: your card details go to Stripe, never to us. Tax for your country is added at checkout.

We email a receipt of payments and refunds to the email given at checkout, and confirm each month of a plan paid with credits to your recovery email, if you added one.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews each month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period already paid, then your account goes back to Free.

Moving to a bigger plan starts right away, for the price difference over the rest of the paid period, or at your next renewal, as you choose. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal and the period already paid is not refunded. You can move to a smaller plan once your servers fit within it.

Credits

Credits are prepaid credit for LucidCore only. They are bought once and pay a plan a month at a time, 1 credit for each dollar or euro of its price. A plan paid with credits renews each month while they cover it; you can stop it at any time and keep it until the end of the month already paid. A credit can also add 25 requests and 25 LucidFlow sorts, used once your plan's monthly ones run out; they never expire. If you turn it on in your account, a credit is spent on them automatically when none are left, up to the number of credits a month you choose and never with the credits your next renewal needs. A bigger plan paid with credits starts right away, for the price difference over the rest of the month rounded up to a whole credit, or at your next renewal; a smaller one starts at your next renewal, with nothing given back. Credits never expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn and are not refundable. They are lost if you delete your account.

Someone else can pay for credits on your account through a payment link you send them. Those credits are yours, under the same terms.

Servers over your limit

If your account has more Emby servers than your plan allows, for example after a cancellation, LucidCore pauses on all of them until you remove the extra servers from your account page.

Right of withdrawal

A paid plan and credits are digital content supplied at once. At checkout, you ask for immediate access and confirm that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We don't refund partial months or credits. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes. We announce important changes on lucidcore.tv, and by email if you added one, before they apply.

Governing law

French law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of your country of residence.
