What counts as a server?
One Emby Server installation. A server is added to your license the first time the plugin checks your key. To move to a new machine, remove the old server from your account page first.
Is there a limit on users or devices?
No. Everyone who uses your Emby server gets the features, on every phone, TV and browser.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. Stop the renewal anytime from your account. Your plan stays until the end of the paid month, then your account goes back to Free. Your settings stay saved in Emby.
How are requests and sorts counted?
One series request counts once, however many seasons it has. Clicking an already requested title does not count. Requests on the Seerr website do not count as requests from Emby. LucidFlow counts every request it sorts, wherever it was made.
What happens when requests run out?
People still see titles they could request, with a message that requests are used up until the 1st of next month. When LucidFlow sorts run out, new requests wait in Seerr for approval, as they would without LucidFlow. Nothing is lost. Turn on extra requests and sorts on your account page: 1 credit adds 25 of each, and they never expire.
Can I pay without a subscription?
Yes. Buy credits, then choose a plan and pay with them, a month at a time. Credits never expire and are not refundable.
Can I switch between card and credits?
Yes. From card to credits: on your account page, choose Renew with credits, and credits pay from your next renewal. From credits to card: stop the renewal of your plan, then once it ends choose a plan again here and pay by card.
Do I need Emby Premiere?
No. LucidCore works on its own. It doesn’t replace Premiere and doesn’t need it.
Why pay when free tools exist?
You can put some of this together yourself with separate free tools. LucidCore puts search, requests, home rows, messages and request sorting into one plugin, set up from one page in Emby, and it is maintained and supported. The free plan lets you judge before you pay anything.
