Who is responsible
LucidCore ("we") is responsible for the data described here. Contact: contact@lucidcore.tv.
What we collect
Account: an account ID and your license key, which you need to use LucidCore, stored hashed and encrypted. A recovery email only if you choose to add one.
Servers: the ID and name of each Emby server using your key.
Security: IP addresses, used for rate limiting and to stop abuse.
Usage: monthly counts of requests and LucidFlow sorts. The counts hold no titles or names.
Billing: from Stripe, your subscription status, your Stripe customer number and the reference numbers of your payments. The email, address and card you give at checkout stay with Stripe: we read that email there only to send your receipts, and don't keep it. Right after a payment, we offer to use that email as your recovery email: it is saved only if you confirm it.
Someone you send a payment link to: we email the address you give once, without your name or email, and keep only a coded fingerprint of it for two days, to stop repeated emails.
Why we use it
To run your account and license, apply plan limits, handle your subscription, answer you, and keep the service secure. The legal bases are the contract with you, our legitimate interest in security, and our legal duties for billing records.
How long we keep it
Account and server data: while your account exists. Security logs: only as long as needed to investigate abuse. Monthly counters may remain after account deletion to enforce the current month’s limits. Billing records: as long as French law requires.
Who else handles it
Stripe, for payments and fraud prevention. An email provider, to send recovery codes, receipts, the payment links you send, and replies. Our hosting provider, which runs the servers. An AI service, only when you use LucidFlow, which receives public title details and your server descriptions. We don't sell your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or limit its use. Write to contact@lucidcore.tv.
You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
